Living Landscapes Project-Improving our local environment

This year we have worked with the Warwickshire Wildlife Trust on their 'Living Landscapes' Project. We were chosen to develop and improve our outside spaces to encourage and restore wildlife habitats. Every year group was involved in planting wildflower seeds in our back field area and in our 'Storytelling Area. ' All of Year 3, and selected members of Year 5 and 6 with help from Reception Class, planted over 400 1 year old whips around the school grounds. Hawthorn, Blackthorn, Field Maple were among those planted.
