Year 4

Summer term 2024

Welcome back, Year 4! I hope you have all enjoyed a relaxing Easter break. We will be reading a new novel this term, The Firework Maker's Daughter, and in geography we will be exploring maps and what Britain looks like from above.

This term, we will be continuing our focus on times tables, particularly on improving our recall speed. Please ensure your child is practising daily.

I’m looking forward to a fantastic term ahead!

Water Cycle song

Make sure you put the subtitles on so you can see the lyrics.

Water cycle song/rap

Not the whole song! Skip to the part we have practised in class. (Otherwise it is too repetitive and will get on your nerves!!)
If you need to, you can slow it down to practise. Ask your grown ups at home to help you.
