At Knightlow, we aim for parents to feel involved in their children's learning every step of the way. The staff work hard to help equip parents with all the information they need to know about how well their children are doing and their next steps of learning.
We have a number of events running through the year to help support parents in understanding the latest teaching methods in subjects such as phonics and maths, and to enable them to help their children learn. In addition to this, we have regular family events, such as our popular Walk to School Breakfasts, Celebration Assemblies, Eucharist services and activities and events organised by the Knightlow School Association.
The Parents' Forum, led by one of our school governors, is a means whereby parents can offer feedback on how school is doing, and can contribute to policy reviews and strategic planning to move the school forward. The Parents' Forum has produced a Parents' Handbook to give more information on what to expect in each year group, which you can read below.
Please remember to also look at the weekly Newsletter for regular updates on everything that is happening in school.
